This isn’t just another Professional Development workshop. It’s a launchpad for change.
Over the course of 10 weeks, fellows work in small, global cohorts through:
Hands-on training with leading educators, designers, and changemakers
Peer-powered collaboration that fuels creativity and amplifies impact
Capstone development that brings your project to life with long-term sustainability in mind
Ongoing support with tools, funding strategies, and community connections—even after the cohort ends

Thinkering Fellows have already launched projects that are changing what learning looks and feels like around the world:
- Future Worlds (Colorado, USA)
Students reimagine the future they want to build across climate, technology, urban design, and more. It’s a living curriculum that grows with the learner.
- STEM Safari Express (Ogun, Nigeria)
A mobile STEM lab brings hands-on science to rural schools, giving students, especially girls, new access to futures they never thought possible.
- Indigenous Knowledge Sharing (Montana, USA)
Using 360° video and AR, students engage with local Tribal knowledge keepers in immersive cultural experiences that blend tradition and innovation.

Choose Your Path
Born out of a bold vision in Spring 2025, the Thinkering Fellowship was created to reimagine what’s possible in education, and in just a few short months, that vision has come to life. Through the passion, innovation, and heart of our first cohort, educators have transformed personal experiences and values into purposeful, community-rooted learning. The response has been incredible, one fellow shared that the journey “brought joy back” to her work, a testament to the power of what’s unfolding across our network.
Due to this overwhelming demand and the deep impact already taking shape, we’re expanding the Fellowship to four unique cohorts throughout the 2025–26 school year to fit into educators’ schedules:
Cohort 1: Aug 11 – Oct 20, 2025
Cohort 2: Oct 20 – Dec 22, 2025
Cohort 3: Feb 2 – Apr 13, 2026
Cohort 4: Apr 13 – Jun 22, 2026
